Description
This class provides time-tick units and conversions between ticks, seconds, milliseconds, and 100-nanosecond units.
Constructor & Destructor

Initializes a new time tick instance.
Member Functions
FromHns (*args)
Converts a 100-nanosecond value to time ticks.
Parameters

Converts milliseconds to time ticks.
